I left Buffalo almost a year ago to move to Saigon of all places. I can say firmly that the true Vietnamese dishes they put out, mainly Nem Cuon, Pho, Ban Xeo, Bun bo Hue (my favorite here!) and even Chicken WIngs (Yes, there's a vietnamese way to do them), are all excellent. The staff is incredible, and the main reason I leave a review so long after leaving. I always was treated like family, had the best service and incredible food that I can now say holds true and authentic to the tastes of Vietnam. I miss hanging out at Saigon Cafe and I hope in the future I can bring my Vietnamese wife and our baby to enjoy the place that was so dear to my heart.

This place is delicious! 
Came here for a dinner date, the atmosphere was very relaxing, nice decor all around and the service was excellent! 

We got the yellow curry which was sooo good as well as the papaya salad which I am definitely coming back for! 

Summer rolls as appetizers were very refreshing with a great side of peanut sauce. 

Bonus: their tap water is delicious! They put cucumbers, lime, and lemon in it. Great touch. 

Will definitely come back here.

Love this restaurant for certain dishes. Always grab the Ban Xeo to share as an appetizer. A nice spicy Tom Yum Seafood Soup to start and my go-to Pork Pad See Ew. They don't skimp on the veggies and the meals are always flavor packed. The lunch and happy hour prices are the way to go!

Came here for lunch and had a great experience 

Pros:
- Came here right before 3PM (still got the lunch prices) and it was empty - got seated right away and got our food within 10 minutes
- Loved how they soak their water in lemon/lime - don't even need to ask for a lemon 
- The mild Green Curry with chicken dish was delicious and a great portion size - definitely will go for the next spice level b/c didn't taste anything for mild, and I am not a person who can handle spice
- I am definitely getting the Pad See Ew next time I am there, one of the best versions I've had
